Working For Workers is an Employment Relations and Incorporated Societies Advocacy and Representation Service that represents workers, employees, and incorporated societies nationwide.

Our Team of experienced advocates represents workers in meetings, disciplinaries, mediation services, and in the Employment Relations Authority and in other matters.

 

We also assist incorporated societies with creating constitutions and achieving compliance with Employment Law, Health and Safety Law and Regulations, and Incorporated Societies Law.

Working For Workers also has a community of experienced legal and research experts, evaluation and compliance professionals who can assist Incorporated Societies with re-registration under the new Incorporated Societies Act 2022, evaluation of programs and outcomes, funding applications, compliance with employment law, compliance with human rights law, compliance with health and safety law, compliance with privacy law, the creation and training of systems and structures that are efficient and compliant with full training to support the implementation of those systems.
